Guest pickup

We take care of the details from the very start. Guests are collected directly from their accommodation and comfortably transferred to the experience site, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy what lies ahead.

Arrival at the site

Upon arrival at the experience site, you will be greeted by our professional team and assisted with a quick and easy indemnity process.

You’ll then meet your experienced wildlife guide who will provide an introduction and safety briefing ahead of the elephant experience.

Our onsite videography team is also available to professionally capture your moments (at a separate cost) allowing you to fully enjoy this unforgettable wildlife encounter.

Walking Safari

The elephant experience lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and is led by experienced guides who share insight into elephant behaviour, conservation efforts and the importance of ethical wildlife interactions.

This is a conservation led education-based experience focused on guided observation and meaningful learning. Any proximity to the elephants is carefully managed by trained professionals and conducted in line with strict animal welfare standards ensuring a respectful and responsible moment.

Refreshments

After the experience, guests are invited to wash their hands and take a moment to relax while enjoying light refreshments. Refreshing orange juice and water are served and during cooler winter days a selection of tea and coffee is available to keep you warm and comfortable.

Return to accommodation

As the experience comes to an end you are then transferred back to your accommodation in comfort. We thank you for sharing this special time with us and hope you leave with lasting memories of a meaningful wildlife experience.
