A treat of a lifetime

This was a stunning experience. Fantastic guides and an hour with the beautiful cheetash. For Anyone who loves big cats this is a treat of a lifetiume. I hoipe to get the chance to do this again sometime. Thanks so much to everyone involved. Without question the highlight was stroking the male lion and he purred. Amazing.

Really incredible experience, once in a lifetime!

My sister and I did both the cheetah 🐆 experience and lion 🦁 walk and we absolutely loved 😍 it. The cheetah was unbelievably cuddly and was purring so loudly whilst being rubbed. The lion walk was very different as they were much more playful with eachother and they got patted in-between us watching them. The guides were excellent and full of interesting information about the big cats and made us laugh loads. 😃 I would highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience!!

Awesome experience!!

I loved everything about this place and I am proud of what we are doing in Africa. I booked to do the elephant interaction but ended up doing cheetah walk too. The guides are knowledgeable and it was interesting to talk conservation, what happens to wildlife in Africa. I’m coming again next year!!!!!

For our group of five animal lovers

For our group of five animal lovers, it was an absolute dream come true to be able to interact up close and personal with the cheetahs, lions and elephants. The handlers were gently and patient.

They explained how/when /where to interact and were watchful at all times. We always felt safe. Feeling the soft fur of the cats, hearing a purr up close. playing  with the baby elephant and momma elephant was a genuine thrill that we’re still talking about nearly every day.

Cheetah experience

The cheetah experience was so much more than we could have imagined! We got to walk (very quickly!) with the cheetah on a lead. They basically walked and we followed!

(You’ll want to wear enclosed shoes because the ground was quite muddy and uneven).

We got to pat them and give them scratches behind the ears. It was such a beautiful experience and one we will never forget. Highly recommended!

We learned a lot about the elephants

Learned a lot about the elephants at the reserve. Opportunity to pet and feed the 2 adult and 1 baby elephant. The ground was uneven to walk on, and if you had mobility issues, it might be difficult. Went to the lion experience after, which was 30 minute drive away from the elephant interaction. Opportunity to walk with 2 young lions, and great photos.

Incredibly worth every penny

This was a once in a lifetime experience. We currently live in Harare and our son, his wife and his three teenage sons came to visit us.

We brought them to the Elephant and Cheetah Experience. Every one of them commented that it was one of the most incredible experiences they have ever had in their life. It is not cheap, but worth every penny if you can afford it.

We are hoping to have our other children and grandchildren come visit us and will definitely bring them here.
